Nutritious Gossip: Oversleeping

DID YOU KNOW?

Getting more than eight hours of sleep is considered oversleeping, so no more "beauty" sleeping until noon! Too much sleep has been linked to many health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, lack of brain power, and a shorter lifespan. Scary! Try setting your alarm clock seven to eight hours from the time you lay down every night, to avoid oversleeping.

Love,

Justine
